"Methodical aspects of analysis and evaluation of regional socio-economic development". (2002 - 2003). The project aims at the development of methods for construction of an information-analytical system for decision-making support in the field of regional socio-economic policy. The project suggested the methods for socio-economic monitoring in the region and various municipal establishments, integrated assessment and evaluation of territorial development, indices choice and indicators system formation. As a consequence of all this activity the main approaches to formation of an information-analytical support system were determined for the Murmansk region, based on monitoring of socio-economic development of the region as a whole and within a given municipal establishment and comparative intermunicipal analysis. The method was approved for differentiation of municipal establishments according to their socio-economic development and calculation of integrated criterion of territorial development of the Murmansk region. The research progress report was made at the meeting of the Scientific Council IEN KSC.
"Information-analytical support system for fulfillment of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy for the region and its municipal establishments" (2004-2006) The project is intended to develop an information-analytical support system in the Murmansk region in the context of the Socio-Economic Development Strategy for the region and its municipal establishments. The underlying philosophy of this study is to carry out a regular socio-economic monitoring in this region together with the integrated analysis of socio-economic development. |
