Main completed research projects:

   Government control of a life support system in the northern regions under marker reforms (2001-2003).

   The project defines the main methods for improved delivery of goods into the northern territories, substantiates the establishment of institutions for fusion of the government and the private sector, which represent a "combined" state managerial economics and private enterprise in the field of goods turnover; the project also studies the main alternatives for transformation of commodity supply system in the northern regions and suggests the classification of these territories in the light of delivery of goods.


Current research subject:

   Reform of organization-managerial structure and mechanisms of commodity supply into the northern territories" (2004-2006).

   The project concentrates on the government support of the northern regions and market instruments; food supply and energy security, financing and management of the contract system; transport infrastructure and influence of extra charges during transportation of goods.
