Economic basis of sustainable development of mineral raw material base

Current state and restocking of mineral raw material base, prediction of its mineral
raw material resources use have been considered here. The concept of key tasks solution of the mining has been substantiated
related to problem of sparingly used and effective deposit development.
The methods of cost determination of mineral resources in deposits designed for
development and in operation stage have been suggested.
The methods have been .developed of feasibility studies for development projects of new deposits taking into account mineral
resources value and possible realization of project solutions in full scale and accepted terms under conditions of inevitable
inflation, as well as prediction of probable distribution of expected profit between the state and the mineral developer.
There have been considered the methods of economic assessment and distribution of deposit development results
observing the balance between economic interests of the owner and the developer taking into account values,
completeness and complexity of commercial minerals recovery from deep in the earth and while processing
mined ore to commercial product.
The examples of developed methodological suggestions application under conditions of operating and
prospective deposits of the Kola region have been presented.
The book is for specialists of scientific and design institutions, Mining institutes, engineers and technical
workers of mining industry complex and Federal Mining and Industrial Inspectorate of Russia.
