Gennady p. Luzin was rewarded with the Badge of Honour and silver P. L. Kapitsa medal.
Luzin G. P. guided the working out of analytical materials and projects legislative acts for government bodies of different levels, took part in working out of new Constitution RF. In 1999 was elected as a deputy of State Duma RF. Tragically perished in 2000.
